The mighty Galvatron is seen here from Transformers the Movie, pledging his first words of destruction after being reformatted from the battle damaged Megatron by Unicron.
Galvatron in my opinion was a leader without fear, without mercy, with absolute confidence and seething with blind hatred for the Autobots.
This blind hatred often caused him to conduct all-out assaults with brute force and sheer firepower, rather then with military strategy and generally devising plots inferior to his previous form.
This has to be one of the best Galvatron cels out there - great shading work, detailed and striking, menacing to look at and goes real nicely with the unmatching starfield background which is extremely similar to the one used in the movie.
