Rumble, the Decepticon punk-kid is seen here, beautifully drawn in this most colorful cel, preparing the psychoprobe device for the girl Astoria!
I have always wanted a cel of Rumble, as I always thought he had alot of personality and was a little wise-guy. Interestingly, my first nickname on IRC was Rumble based on this guy in 1996 when I was a bit of a wise-guy myself!
