A great cel of one of my favorite decepticons! Swindle is seen here stealing (how classic!) the transforming cog from Metroplex which he plans to sell to Galvatron for a profit!
The cel comes from the Season 3 episode "The Ultimate Weapon" and boasts the original matching background for the scene.
Overall a great cel, with beautiful colours of a decepticon with alot of character!
