This, so far, is my favourite transformers animation cel.
It was used in the production of my childhood favourite episode, "The Golden lagoon" and is from the sequence where Starscream forces Perceptor & Seaspray to fight to the finish, when he is shot and remains undamaged, he laughs out loud ;)
This Cel is the standard episode size, with a fantastic original matching background (inside the decepticons under-sea headquarters)
It is a great shot of the arrogant Starscream, accompanied by the discoverer of Electrum himself, Thrust!
